Account & data deletion

Request account deletion, removal of connected platform data, or help with your privacy rights.

Send a deletion request

Email our privacy team from the email associated with your SOFTUS account. Include the connected platform and account identifier, if relevant. Please do not send passwords or access tokens.

Request data deletion ?

Opens your email app. Your request is submitted when you send the email. This page does not automatically delete an account.

Account Deletion and Data Requests

You can delete your account through Settings > Account > Delete Account in the SOFTUS application, where available, or by emailing softussupport@gmail.com. When you delete your account:

  1. Your connections to all Connected Platforms are removed and tokens are deleted.
  2. Your content, campaigns, and uploaded audiences are deleted or anonymized in line with the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy.
  3. Content already published on a Connected Platform is not automatically removed. You must delete it directly on that platform.
  4. We may retain limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes.

Data deletion instructions for Connected Platforms

If you connected through Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, you can also remove SOFTUS from your account?s app or business integration settings and send a deletion request to softussupport@gmail.com. We will confirm deletion and provide a confirmation code where required.

What happens next?

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Our policy states that requests are answered within the period required by law, generally 30 to 45 days. Contact the privacy team for confirmation of your request?s progress.
